Bespoke earrings created for Derry Girls star Saoirse-Monica Jackson
Share
Recently I was commissioned to make a pair of statement earrings for Irish Royalty and Derry Girls actress Saoirse-Monica Jackson for her wedding day. It was so much fun creating these bark textured bespoke earrings based on a gold ring stack she had seen on my instagram. She also wore this ring stack for her wedding day which you can see in these pictures. For the brief, I was given the shape of the neckline (square) and colour of bridesmaids dress's (emerald green) and after a few sketches we came to settle on this design. The bark parts are in angular shapes reflecting the neckline of her dress with drippy texture coming down also. Vivid emerald green gemstones where set on the bottom. Then coloured sapphires where added and set on top for some extra embellishment and there was lots of movement and glimmer in them from all the texture. So honoured that they were also featured in British Vogue and you can see all the wedding pictures here. Always happy to source gemstone to colour match a certain outfit if you have a special day coming up and want some bespoke jewellery made. Any of the wedding photography featured here is by the very talented Michael https://www.storyofeve.com/ There is so much joy, fun and love captured in the photography, I can see why he is one of the most coveted wedding photographers around! A beautiful wedding and a joy to create some golden earrings for the lovely Saoirse xx
