Delivery
Shipping times
If in stock then items will be shipped within 1-3 working days. UK deliveries will arrive within 1- 2 days after shipping and Worldwide orders will take about 10 working days. Australia and Canada may take longer at around a month. If you have an important deadline to meet then please email eily@eilyoconnell.com so we can ensure timely delivery for your occasion.
If made to order then please see individual making times, it can vary from 4 - 6 weeks. If you see a one of a kind piece but want a new ring made similar bespoke then prices will likely be higher as gold and gemstone prices keep rising daily. Please get in contact for any jewellery quotes to eily@eilyoconnell.com
For faster delivery, Worldwide items can be sent via DHL Express in 1 - 3 days at a cost of 40£.
Free UK and Ireland Post
UK orders are shipped free by Royal Mail special delivery service which is signed and tracked. Someone will need to be in to receive this parcel as it's fully insured and needs a signature on arrival. Delivery is usually morning until 1pm. You will get a tracking number in your emails once your jewellery is shipped. If you miss the delivery you will get a card through your letterbox and can arrange re delivery for the next day or else collect from your local delivery office that the jewellery went back to.
Irish orders are sent free Royal Mail tracked and signed and will take around 7 working days with custom charges on receipt of jewellery.
Custom Charges
Worldwide orders will be sent tracked and the customer will need to handle any custom charges. We do not know exact custom charges for each Country as it's determined by your Countries customs office. You will get a notification of any charges to release your package to be delivered to you.
Collection
If you would like to collect your item in Eily's Bristol studio then please get in touch to arrange a time. It would be lovely to meet you and show you where the jewellery is handmade.
Packaging
All work packaged in bespoke black recycled cardboard boxes with gold foil printing. Then these are inserted in black padded envelopes. Please let us know if you wish for the work to be concealed in non branded or obvious packaging if the jewellery is a surprise gift or engagement ring. A note can be written on request also no problem at all.
Resizing
If an item needs to be resized there will be a cost for resizing, please get in touch for a quote. Silver is usually £10 and gold £50. Enamelled pieces and some others with certain stones cannot be resized.
